Right-of-Way/Land Services
MPH’s Land Department can provide complete turn-key project land and right-of-way acquisition services or can provide services and personnel on an as-needed basis as may be required. MPH has provided experienced managers, personnel, and professional services necessary for the acquisition of hundreds of miles of rights-of-way and negotiations with thousands of landowners. MPH’s professional Title Specialists, Document Specialists, Land Agents, and Land Service Managers are experienced with title research, right-of-way acquisition negotiations, land/right-of-way related legal proceedings, damage settlements, progress and cost control reporting, and overall land services project management.

Quality Control Inspection Services
From the pipe mill to line pipe coating, to pipeline construction and installation, MPH's Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspection personnel provide non-destructive examination (NDE) of line-pipe coating, welding and pipeline construction and installation inspection. We verify that the quality of work performed and materials provided are in compliance with project engineering specifications and drawings, applicable industry standards, as well as numerous State and Federal codes and regulations.

Construction Management Services
MPH can provide experienced personnel and resources necessary to assist clients with overall project planning, construction management, scheduling, and progress/cost control reporting. The goal is to present our clients with accurate and up-to-date information to enable them to successfully monitor and manage project progress, quality, and cost.
