Timothy Robertson

| Timothy Robertson is a Senior Project
Manager in the Environmental Section. Tim
has 20 years’ experience on the areas of Federal, State and Local regulations,
railroad regulations, wetlands, and land use. He advises and represents
companies and individuals on such issues as development, siting of major
facilities; environmental regulatory compliance; federal, state and local
permitting; and advises on the reduction or avoidance of wetland impacts.
Prior
to being hired by MPH, Inc. in 2007, Tim work for 16 years with the Louisiana
Department of Natural Resources as a Coastal Management Specialist and Coastal
Management Scientist. During his tenure
with the state, Tim was the Subject Matter
Expert for major pipeline systems, major transportation infrastructure,
ports, subdivisions and marinas, major flood and hurricane protection levees,
and mitigation projects. During this
time, he wrote and managed Federal Grants and was on the committee on
Implementation of Section 16 of the Pipeline Safety Act of 2002. Also, he was instrumental in the development
of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resource’s regulatory streamlining
process and its associated automated permitting process (SONRIS).
